HRT done right for HIM and HER. Cost is dose dependent and supporting medications. Our physician will prescribe does that relieves symptoms rather than simply reaching a specific laboratory number.

Do you accept insurance?
No. We operate as a telehealth and concierge practice and do not bill insurance. This allows for longer visits, increased access, and fully personalized care. All our services are HSA/FSA eligible.
Can I purchase supplements without a membership?
Yes, you can purchase supplements from our à la carte selection of "Industry Leading Supplements."
Can I rollover my unused monthly telemedicine time?
No. Unused telehealth time typically cannot be rolled over because of how concierge and telemedicine services are structured from a clinical, legal, and operational standpoint. The policy is standard across physician-led practices and is designed to preserve access, fairness, and regulatory compliance.
Can tiered subscriptions be cancelled? What happens after the service period ends?
Tiered subscriptions cannot be cancelled once activated because they are not general memberships; they represent reserved medical capacity. Enrollment secures a defined level of physician access, clinical capacity, and services for a specific service period.
To ensure alignment before any commitment, Quantum Functional Health provides a free initial consulation. This complimentary session allows you to discuss your health goals, understand the tiers and services, ask detailed questions about care structure and expectations, and decide whether enrollment is appropriate. There is no obligation to enroll after this consulatation.
At the conclusion of the service period you may choose to renew your tier, you may transition to a different service option if available, no automatic continuation occurs without confirmation.
