    Yes. Our entire practice is virtual, with seamless telehealth visits and labs completed locally through partner facilities at discounted rates for annual subscribers.


  • Do you accept insurance?

    No. We operate as a telehealth and concierge practice and do not bill insurance. This allows for longer visits, increased access, and fully personalized care. All our services are HSA/FSA eligible.

  • Can I purchase supplements without a membership?

    Yes. Supplements are available à la carte. For personalized recommendations, join our membership network and schedule a free 30-minute consultation with a physician.


  • Can I rollover any unused monthly telemedicine time?

    No. Monthly telemedicine time does not roll over because appointments are reserved within each month to maintain timely access and availability for all members.




  • Can a subscription be cancelled?

    Annual subscriptions may be refunded only for the unused portion, rounded to the end of the month in which cancellation occurs.
